Pride Side is the group of students who qualify for a special treat each six weeks based on behavior, absences, tardies, and grades.  The criteria for meeting Pride Side eligibility includes the following:

• No discipline referrals
• No more than two absences (no unexcused absences)
• No more than three tardies (cumulative)
• No more than three zeros (cumulative)
• At least a 75 average in each class

Rewards

All those who qualify will be eligible for a special treat at the end of each six weeks.

Possible rewards are:

• A Texas Tech Baseball game/ Swimming at the Rec. Center (HS students)
• Black Light Golf/ Gatti’s Pizza/ Putt-Putt etc. (JH students)
• T-Shirts
• Fun, food, and games at Main Event in Lubbock
• A free afternoon at school, complete with a movie and ice cream

For those that qualify each six weeks this spring we will be going to Wonderland Amusement Park in Amarillo.

Next year we will look into going to Six Flags for those who have qualified for five of the six weeks periods.
